I have decided not to lead a discussion on the Groff case; I want our full focus to be on Tony's presentation.
During the second hour of class on October 3, I will stay around to make myself available for anyone who wishes to discuss any questions you have about your topics or research.
As I mentioned in class, each presentation should be roughly 25 to 35 minutes (if you need a little more time, take it). The idea is to explain the constitutional issues arising from your topic and to demonstrate your analysis of those issues and your conclusions (or preliminary conclusions). The seminar will then discuss your presentation for maybe 20 minutes or so. I will try to give you some notes on things you might want to discuss as you finalize your paper.
