On January 28, I will talk a bit (about 30 minutes) on the future of Roe v. Wade (and Casey). The 2020 election and SCOTUS appointments made by whoever wins in 2020 will probably decide the fate of Roe.
In the meantime, take a look at these two abortion cases from the Court's 2019 Term. Just generally familiarize yourself with these cases and then read Justice Thomas's opinions in each case.
